TERMS OF SERVICE
I am a minor located in Western Australia, this means that I have school during the day and may not be able to respond to any emails or messages instantly! The best times to contact me are from 4:00pm-7:00pm AWST.
Payment
After you have paid a deposit you secure a slot in my queue and will begin your commission once my official work date begins (if secured prior to start date).
Deposit is non-refundable.
You can either pay in full upfront, pay half before I begin and the other half when I finish, or a payment plan.
I don't normally use PayPal as I am a minor and need to use my guardians account. I prefer a direct bank transfer, but if you are only able to use PayPal I can do that for you :)
Shipping
Shipping cost is not included in the initial quote given. This is because the shipping cost is unique to each suit and depends on different factors such as weight or the destination. I am able to give you a rough estimate near the end of the commission once I know the general weight of it.
Age
I am able to work through minors as long as I have parent/ guardian permission via Facebook messenger, all I need is proof of identity and confirmation of the purchase.
Refund Policy
The Deposit is non-refundable, if I have started the base and/or completed the the base and you request a refund 50% will be non refundable and I will use the base to turn it into a different character. If I have completed the sewing it is 100% non-refundable.
Reference Sheet
When you commission me, you will need to provide me with a 3 sided reference sheet. If your character is asymmetrical I will need both sides of the character, meaning a 4 sided reference sheet.
Turn Around Time
If you have secured a slot before my official opening date (which I have the right to change should something happen), you will have to wait until then for any progress to be made on your suit. On that specific date will I also order the fur/other materials I may need. Being an international fursuit maker means that fur shipment can take 1 week - 2 months at the most extreme. But during fur shipment I will start the foam base.
I do not work with deadlines. I do my best to get your suit completed as fast as possible, but I also want the suit to be a very good quality, which takes time.
